Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NewYouGo, a platform for high-performance AI image generation powered by Flux 2 Klein models. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

NewYouGo provides users with access to AI generation tools for creating images from text prompts or existing images. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts

  1. Account Creation: To generate images, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information.
  2. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  3. Usage: Accounts are for individual use. Automated bulk account creation to exploit free or trial credits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning.

Purchase and Credits

  1. Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate images.
  2. Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of AI compute resource consumption, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are used or purchased, they cannot be returned. We recommend purchasing smaller credit packs first to test the service.
  3. Expiration: Credits purchased specifically as "one-time packs" do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Subscription credits may reset according to the subscription terms.

Content and Copyright

  1. User Ownership: You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the images you generate using NewYouGo, subject to these terms.

  2. License: You grant NewYouGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your inputs and outputs solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

  3. Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to generate content that includes:

    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
    • Non-consensual sexual content
    • Hate speech or promoting violence
    • Illegal acts or products

    We reserve the right to suspend accounts found generating such content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or software.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the service (unless using the official API within rate limits).
  • Share account credentials to bypass credit limits.
  • Resell the service itself (though you may sell the images you generate).

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice (e.g., for maintenance or model updates).

Disclaimer of Warranties

NewYouGo is provided "as is". We make no specific guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the AI-generated images for your specific purpose. AI models can sometimes produce unpredictable results ("hallucinations").

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewYouGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewYouGo operates.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the new terms.
